Lokesh Venkataswamy is a Design Thinker, CIO & Managing Director at Trigarius, He brings with him more than 25 years of professional experience in Digital, Innovation, Intellectual Property, and New Product Management. Prior to Trigarius, he managed innovation, new product development, and intellectual property at Larsen & Toubro ( L&T), India, starting his career with the Medical Equipment and Electrical & Automation Group at L&T where he served 12 years in product design and development. At Trigarius, Lokesh has worked with clients in a wide range of sectors including Aviation, Automotive, Industrial Equipment Manufacturing, Information Technology, Retail, Engineering Services, Medical Electronics, Consumer Goods to name a few, in the areas of Innovation, Design Thinking, Intellectual Property and Digital Transformation. He has also advised educational institutions, entrepreneurs, industry associations and government agencies in these areas. He had also won India Innovation Challenge award in 2008 by Government of Karnataka and Confederation of Indian Industry. He was awarded a citation at Institute of Engineering and Technology (UK) South Asia Conference and in 50 Most Innovative Leaders World Innovation Congress 2018. He regularly helps start-ups by mentoring, investing and, he was part of the jury at The Economic Times – Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad’s ‘Power of Ideas’ in 2013, 15 and 18.

Lokesh is also a visiting professor of business innovation and creativity and Intellectual Property Management in top business schools and published several papers to his credit on Innovation in top journals, he regularly chairs and participates as a speaker in several global Innovation and IPR conferences and seminars. Damodhar Paleti is a Technoid, CTO & co-Founder. He brings with him more than 20 years of professional experience in Information Technology and more recently with Product Design and Development.

In his earlier corporate roles, he has experience in working with Architects and developers to Design and development of scalable products to handle Petabytes of data with reliability and security.As a Service performance Lead at Akamai Technologies, provided the design to operate the network in Cloud to reduce the latency and improve performance. He was the Top contestant for the best Idea award for 2009 which has taken for implementation to store the content at edge to increase the capacity and optimal utilization of CPU & Memory. He is expertise in planning and deployment of large scale systems and make them operationalize with minimal cost. The best implementation was, managing 1000 online servers with one resource to maintain 99.99% average up time in 10 Years.

He also founded Suyoga Software Solutions Private Limited. Being from Farming background, he understands the economics of Farm produce supply chain, hence he was able to build Agri e-commerce platform where Consumer can buy and Farmers can sell by using same platform.

Rakesh Babu is a Design Thinker, COO & Executive Director at Trigarius. He is a master innovation trainer who has designed \and delivered highly acclaimed innovation engagement and training programs with several Global Fortune 500 firms. He specializes in training senior executives in the areas of innovation tools, collaborative innovation and innovation leadership.

He is a co-developer of the Functional Innovation Methodology, a systematic approach for product, process and business model innovation. Since 2011, more than 1000 innovators from 50+ leading global firms have been trained on this approach. Recently he has worked with leading firms like ABB, NetApp, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Alcatel Lucent, BEL and Larsen and Toubro in developing and designing result-driven innovation engagements.

Rakesh heads the training division of Trigarius Consulting Private Limited. Rakesh has more than 20 years of experience in innovation management, entrepreneurship and marketing. Prior to Trigarius, he managed a consumer packaged goods business and served as the director of Marquess Financial Services. He has a degree in Computer Science and Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing.

Siva kumar (Siva) is a Principal - Strategy & Growth Innovation Practice at Trigarius and Vice-President at Skanda Capital Advisors LLC, USA. He is a result driven proven problem solver, drives business transformation and growth innovation, his passion is New Product Development, and have led organizations at product driven companies in Business and Finance roles.

He has launched several new businesses and technology products with over $100 million in revenues and $16 million in EBITDA, consistently met or exceeded financial targets, successfully delivered revenue growth, cost innovation in material and operations, executed footprint rationalization, raised $250 million in funding from capital markets. Siva has a deep expertise in building and leading lean cross functional teams in fast paced environments at smaller and medium organizations with revenues in the $30-500 million range..

Siva is a strategic and design thinker, excels at market analysis, developing a product vision and product roadmaps, executing product plans and M & A with innovative strategies to win business, build customer relationships and close contracts, with his global experience, having worked with teams in Europe, China and India, spent years in Asia as an expat.

Dagmar is the Principal – Innovation Thought Leadership at Trigarius and Managing Director at Ignition Global, Hongkong. Prior to this she worked in Strategic HR Management for BASF in Europe and Asia triggering mainly the question: how to translate strategic goals into people-related leadership concepts and people Innovation. She co-led the transformation of a Shanghai based production joint venture to become one of the most innovative sights in China.

She co-crafts innovation management in companies to lead teams to better innovation results and to manage the transition to new thinking and handling of change. Her focus remains to unleash the power of people to overcome organizational and mindset barriers. She facilitates small- and large group Innovation leadership workshops to ignite creativity, innovation, growth mindset and learning agility into teams. She loves her work with (culturally) diverse teams as they combine the strengths that innovations need.

She loves Asia, is passionate about dancing and music, and loves a good sense of humor. Her area of expertise includes Change Management, Performance Management and Culture Transformation. Usha Raghunath, heads the People and Organizational Transformation practice at Trigarius. Prior to Trigarius, Usha worked for fourteen years at Wipro Ltd, from 2002-2017, with a short stint, setting up the Consulting Education Practice at IBM in 2008-09. She has been an Executive and Life Coach from 2010.

She brings more than 30 years of wide-ranging professional experience. She spent the first eight years of her career developing software and managing software projects and the rest in organizational learning, leadership development, and organizational transformation. She has consulted and worked with organizations of every size – from start-ups and mid-sized companies to large global organizations of more than 150,000 employees, including international non-profits and government organizations. A large share of her experience is with the Information Technology industry and more recently with Digital Transformations across industry verticals.

Usha brings a global perspective to the table and has experience of leading organization transformation initiatives in the US, UK, Canada, Brazil, South Africa, Japan, Malaysia and across Europe in Portugal, France, Germany, Hungary, Denmark, Switzerland and the Netherlands and also as part of business development and acquisition integration scenarios. Usha is visiting faculty and delivers programs and course on business and digital transformation, design thinking, entrepreneurship and human and organizational behavior in many business and engineering schools, including the Indian Institute of Management. She is regularly invited to share practitioner perspectives and best practices at the Academy of Management and Academy of International Business Annual and Regional Conferences and contributes to the Academic Research around people and organizational transformation practices.

Usha has an MA from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University, an M.Ed. from Annamalai University and an MBA from the OUBS, Milton Keynes, the UK with specialization in International Business Strategy and a distinction in Creativity, Innovation, and Change.

Suchetha is a Principal & Head - IP Research & Management at Trigarius. A design thinker and instrumentation engineer with 14+ of experience in Innovation and IP Research and Management, technology mapping and analytics on diverse technologies. She has specialized in technologies related to Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics and Software patents. Prior to Trigarius, she worked for a leading IP law firm focused on Software & Information Technology ​ Patents. At Trigarius her expertise includes advisory and consulting with Fortune 50-500 companies, world’s leading law firms​ in invention disclosure advisory, patent research, technology landscaping, patent portfolio analysis​, IP Education.​ Her passion are patent analysis and technology informatics has won several global competitions and awards.

Suchetha is an active in professional community​ as a speaker and chaired several national level seminars and conferences​ at industry bodies, academic​ institutions​ and other government agencies. She has also published several technology client specific white papers. Suchetha has graduated from Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering, India.

Shailesh Bhosale is a Design Thinker, Director and Country Head - USA at Trigarius, He brings with him more than 30 years of professional experience in New Product Development, Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Manufacturing, Healthcare Industry, Digital Transformation, and Innovation.

He has more than 30 years of experience in the medical device and healthcare industry and has an excellent understanding in business as well as Clinical aspects of several product segments and the industry in general. Having experience in a customer-centric approach to sales as well as engineering services to end users and OEMs in the Medical Equipment’s/ Devices, he is adept at managing large teams in an Onsite/ Offshore model and effectively implementing corporate management objectives. He transformed several organizations to increase its revenues and profits by managing Business Development, Sales/Marketing, Regulatory Processes, Product Development, Customer Support, OEM relationships, and Channel/Account management.

Starting his career with Larsen & Toubro Limited (L&T), where he set up and grow the domestic sales of Medical equipment’s as a part of Electrical and Automation Division, later he led the US operations for International Sales, Shailesh was instrumental in launching several US new series of Vital Sign Monitors designed for the US market. Shailesh has helped several large corporations through product engineering and services include Medical Devices and Industrial Products North America through his stints with Mahindra Satyam US and EASi LLC, as a part of their Product Engineering Services vertical.

Shailesh received a degree in electrical engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur, India.

Sabine Reppert is the Principal -Digital Transformation Leadership, Speaker and Author at Trigarius and founder and director of Intent-X Limited, consulting firm based in Hong Kong, enabling business leaders in driving digital transformation and innovation in the new digital age more effectively. Sabine has extensive experience in mastering technology innovations and change at a large scale. From 1995 to 2011 she worked as a software engineer, system safety manager, product manager, project management specialist and sales manager in the international railway industry in Germany and the USA. In this capacity, Sabine was involved in defining, developing and rolling out the European High-Speed Network and modernizing the New York City Subway Control System. In 2011, Sabine started her first business in Germany as a coach, consultant and trainer. Since 2014, Sabine is operating her consultancy firm out of Hong Kong. Sabine’s focus is driving intentional innovation and business transformation in the field of Smart City, IoT, Blockchain and FinTech leadership workshops, coaching, consulting and interims management services

Sabine is a frequent speaker and moderator at Digital Transformation, Blockchain, Smart City, IoT and IT- Security events. For the at Hong Kong Polytechnic University Sabine served as a guest lecturer in Executive Master for Digital Leadership Development (EMDL) program. Sabine also works as a mentor coach for Blockchain Start-ups and is an active member of the Mettā entrepreneurs club in Hong Kong. Her meet-up group “Blockchain for Smart City” aims to strengthen the Hong Kong Blockchain ecosystem beyond Cryptocurrencies. Sabine received a Master’s in Mathematics from Philipps University, Germany, and specialized in cryptography. Sabine also holds a second Master’s in Business Coaching and Change Management from European University of Applied Sciences in Germany and earned additional certificates from HBX Harvard Business School®, ("Disruptive Strategies" by Prof. C.
